How would you say, phonetically?

"I have been expecting you?"

Also- is Russian known to be a hard language to learn?  I have studied the romanace languages for some time, but never a language like this.

Hello, Katya,
Welcome to the forum. Russian language is indeed an extremely hard language to learn, so I want to wish you luck. Good motivation and talking with Russians will help immensely.

"I have been expecting you" can be pronounced like "Ja tebja zhdahlah" (italics mean stress).
