I'm not sure about the translation of the word "women".

I found in google translate this:

женщин

But also these two are translated like "women":

женщины
женщина

What are the differences? I noticed the end is different.

Some context would help. It could be any one of the two (both plural): "женщины" or "женщин."
Examples:
They are women = они - женщины.

There are many women out there = там много женщин.

 женщина is singular for a woman.
Example:  One woman = одна женщина.

After reading those articles and pages, I still don't get when to use one or the other  Sad

Maybe it's something that languages like English or Spanish don't have, do they?

Yes.  Such things don't exist in modern English or Spanish.

In Russian, the endings depend on the position of the word in the sentence.

If "woman" is accusative, for example, "A man sees a woman" it would be "zhenshchinu" if it's "with a woman" then it's "zhenshchinoy" and so on..

This way, you can change the word-order "A woman sees a man" and the meaning would still be that the man sees the woman, because of the declination at the end of the word "woman."
