"С Рождеством и с Новым годом" (S Rozhdestvom i s Novim Gogom).
PS. Please note that in Russia, New Year comes before Russian Orthodox Christmas, so you may want to reverse them:
"С Новым годом и с Рождеством" (S Novim Godom i s Rozhdestvom).
But, it is not necessary, they will understand either way.
