Hello,

Could someone please help me, what does this mean, I have problems with transliterated Cyrillic, and I cant understand if english is being used too.

  "My mogli by... a vy?"
  "vy pravy... ja bol'shij egoist chem vy, no videt'sia s vami "po etoj prichine' ne budu... budu po drugim prichinam... no s voobrazheniem ploho...."

 = you are right... I am more egoistic/I am a larger egoist than you are, but I will not have relations with you "just for that reason"... I will though for other reasons... but I can't come up with anything/I can't think of anything...
