well, i can see it, but the only thing that i can make out of it is that its about liquor XD so, sorry, but i cant help ya....me is not even 1% russian...

The time and the date of bottling are engraved on the cap and on the glass.
The inscription should be legible, straight and be situated strongly one above the other.
The dates and the times must be the same! Check it!
