Hello, I need help translating an audio file. I can't attach it to this post, because the file is too large. I've provided a link to the page where the .mp3 file is located. I know Mockba means Moscow, but I can't tell what else she is saying. Thank you!

She is saying" hello it is not pronounced Mockva, but moskva...welcome"
