It could have several meanings... More context would help.

It is possible that it means " Make the decision a reality."

If this helps, it was on a sign that a kid was holding up in class in front of a blackboard with the words 2+2=4 written on the board.

Excuse me for my english. The foregoing translation ("Make the decision a reality") is correct, but the word "decision" (решение) applies to schooltasks (задачка). The slogan is a parody on soviet propaganda slogans (However, it seems to be obvious)
