I did it the hard way, but I copied and pasted several of the messages with Cyrillic characters and then assembled the text that follows.  To put it in context the following is found on the back of a novelty tee-shirt (the front of which has the Russian equivalent of "KGB USSR" and the crest of the KGB) I bought at a kiosk in the Boston Market while on cruise earlier this month.  The lady (born in Smolensk) said my phonetic reading was quite good (I am a bit rusty after college Russian 45 years ago) but I forgot what she told me the words mean.  Hopefully, you can help --

будь на чеку, в такие дни подслушивают стены.
недалеко от болтовни и сплетни
до измены

не болтай!

here are my 2 cents:

Be careful, walls have ears (on such days).
It is not to far from chat and gossip, to treason.

Shut up!

Obviously, if I visit Russia (maybe next summer), I will leave this novelty at home!
